Winning the Game of Life Tour | ASU Preparatory
Coach Shirley’s Soccer Team: Winning the Game of Life is visiting ASU Preparatory Academy campuses as part of the Winning the Game of Life Tour, with more dates coming this fall.
During these school visits, students participate in interactive sessions focused on confidence, teamwork, accountability, and leadership — bringing real-life lessons from the field into the classroom. Students are also introduced to Shirley’s Laws, simple but powerful principles they can carry with them at home, in school, and throughout life.

McCommunity Day Literacy Event
C.A. Prailleau appeared as a featured author at McCommunity Day, a literacy-focused community event hosted by McDonald’s and Women United. The event supported the Women United Literacy Hubs Initiative, helping provide books and literacy resources to children and families throughout the Valley.
Guests participated in the Big Book Drive, which collected books for Little Free Libraries, and enjoyed literacy activities, community resources, and author engagement. Through Coach Shirley’s Soccer Team: Winning the Game of Life, C.A. Prailleau shared the importance of confidence, perseverance, and the lifelong power of reading.
First Book Signing Event
C.A. Prailleau, author of Coach Shirley’s Soccer Team: Winning the Game of Life, hosted her first in-store book signing during Women’s History Month, celebrating local authors and community connection.
Families joined for a fun, family-friendly experience centered on confidence, teamwork, and the joy of reading. Thank you to everyone who came out to support!
