Hi, I’m C.A. Prailleau, a children’s author, storyteller, and proud mom who believes every child deserves encouragement, confidence, and a team that believes in them.
A lifelong writer, I built my career in corporate communications and technical writing, helping organizations turn complex ideas into clear, meaningful stories. Today, I bring that same clarity, creativity, and heart to children’s literature.
Inspired by real moments of mentorship, imagination, and everyday life lessons through play, I created Coach Shirley’s Soccer Team, a joyful story about teamwork, resilience, and discovering the strength that already lives inside each child.
Through my books, I encourage kids to work hard, support one another, and remember: “We are the greatest.”
