Hi, I’m C.A. Prailleau, a children’s author, storyteller, and proud mom who believes every child deserves encouragement, confidence, and a team that believes in them.
A lifelong writer, I built my career in corporate communications and technical writing, helping organizations turn complex ideas into clear, meaningful stories. Today, I bring that same clarity, creativity, and heart to children’s literature.
Inspired by real moments of mentorship, imagination, and everyday life lessons through play, I created Coach Shirley’s Soccer Team: Winning the Game of Life to remind children that greatness already lives inside them.
My Mission
Through every book, my mission is to help children build confidence, leadership, teamwork, and accountability—life skills that extend far beyond the game.
I believe children don’t need to become great. They already are. Every story I write is designed to encourage them to believe in themselves, support one another, and discover the greatness that’s already inside them.
